**Cancellation Policy for Ogunlano Tours:**
1. Cancellation by the Guest:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour departure date: Full cost of the Tour can be applied to a future Tour.
!Deposit is non-refundable!

*Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the tour departure date: 50% of the total tour cost may be applied to a future tour.
*Cancellations made -14 days prior the tour departure date:25% of the total tour cost may be applied to a future tour.
*Cancellations made 7 or less prior to tour departure date: No refund will be provided. However, given the circumstance, cost may be applied to a future tour.
2.Cancellation by Ogunlano Tours:
In the unlikely event Ogunlano Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, all guests will receive a full refund of the total tour cost. Ogunlano Tours will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the guest.
3. Refund Processing: - Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of the cancellation request. - Any bank charges or processing fees associated with the refund will be borne by the guest.
